Great hotel for a family visiting!

Lovely hotel in a great area. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. There are hundreds of shops and restaurants minutes from the location. The staff are incredible.

Good and safe location. Old building, the room was fine, bed comfortable, bathroom small. Not modern however was clean and everything worked specially air conditioner. We did not have breakfast at the hotel we choose a local cafe walking distance. The gym felt small and not updated. We only stay two nights, spent most of the time out which the room serve the purpose.

Great location and the family room suited us brilliantly for 5 nights in Paris. The hotel was clean and had lots of space to go and sit, have a drink, play cards and take a breather!

Its not close to eiffel tower there is a 20 mts walk in hot summer 97F better to take a cab. No plastic bottle concept can be trouble some if some one needs water in the middle of night(complementary water bottle is not provided)— food and drinks are good and easy to access—-room design is little different than normal — some people may not like it as the bath room door face directly to the bed—basic carpet—overall is okay to stay as its close to some other outdoor shopping

Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to follow up regarding our recent stay at your hotel\. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing\. On the first night after checking into our room, we discovered that the air conditioning was not working\. Around 12:00 a\.m\., we called for assistance, and a technician came to inspect it\. He confirmed that the air conditioning was broken and asked why we had not already been moved to another room\. We were then required to pack our belongings and move rooms the next morning, which was especially difficult with our children\. The replacement room also appeared outdated, and we noticed stains on the carpet, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard\. During the next morning’s room change, my daughter accidentally left behind her beloved stuffed toy that we had purchased in London\. For the next three days, I repeatedly followed up with the front desk to see if it had been found\. On our last day, Luca informed us that the toy had not yet been located but assured us that if it was found, the hotel would ship it to us\. Or ship a new one He provided us with an email address for follow\-up\. Since returning home, I have sent multiple emails but have not received any response\. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication\.

Très bien situé. Connecté avec le centre commercial et d'autres bâtiments. Très proche de la tour Eiffel, plusieurs restaurants, épicerie et magasins proches.

The hotel is definitely not a 4-star property—I’d rate it as a solid 3-star at best. The hotel is very large and seems to cater primarily to tour groups rather than families. As a result, the service felt quite impersonal and underwhelming throughout our stay. Our room was noticeably dated, and the carpet was disgustingly dirty, which made the room feel poorly maintained. The location is also somewhat overrated. While it’s relatively close to the Eiffel Tower, most of Paris’ other major attractions require a fairly long journey. Considering the price, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are much better-value hotels in Paris that offer cleaner rooms, better service, and more convenient locations.

Il aurait été bien d’avoir une machine à café Nespresso dans la chambre, ce qui est courant dans plusieurs hôtels aujourd’hui.

What was unexpected was the whole pool from 2011 had changed no lanes have to make reservations and sure family friendly but too tiny and the gym tiny too for such a big international hotel I expected different especially for the price of stay. I understand have a conference area or two but still noticed a lot of wasted space. Otherwise, comfortable beds and nice air goad the fridge worked for my chocolates that i was taking back for friends and family

The property was in a good location to access some of the sites of Paris. This is definitely included the Eiffel Tower. The staff were very helpful and particularly helpful when our Uber that we booked for the airport cancelled and they were able to arrange for a cab that we needed urgently to be at the airport on time for our trip home. Thank you to the staff there for making our state comfortable.
