Nice hotel. Very clean. Great amenities and very secure. Close to eiffel tower, transportation and shopping. Will stay here again.

If you are going to the eifel tower then this hotel is only a short walk to the destination and is practically on the banks of the river seine plentiful shopping opportunities within walking distance. the hotel itself was first class spotlessly clean with cleaning going on constantly. My only thing I didn't like was the buffet food which is never hot enough for my taste, but that's what you can expect from any buffet food anywhere. The breakfast options were plentiful but I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked omelettes while you wait.

Novotel Tour Eiffel was a lovely hotel. It would have been nice to have a second chair in the room. Staff was accommodating when asked for assistance. Pool and sauna closed very early everyday and making a reservation was inconvenient and not actually necessary. Sparkling water was supposed to be available in the lobby but the taps never worked. Housekeeping staff did not replace coffee daily, but were very pleasant when asked. Easy access to the RER C, several busses, the M6, 4, and 10. Rental bikes right at the corner. If you don’t mind being in the 15th ARR it was a good room for a great price.

Un accueil dans un espace très grand, rien n est expliqué pour passer un bon séjour ( orientation vers la chambre, organisation pour la piscine). Pas de peignoir à disposition, ni de chaussons pour se rendre à l espace bien être.
Dans la salle de bain, un écoulement poussif, une chasse qui fonctionne mal et la douche qui varie en chaleur tout le temps ( ma fille s est brûlée !). Pour la literie, le lit principal est correct mais le canapé convertible n est pas du tout confortable et il grince dés que l on bouge un orteil.
Pour le prix de la nuit, je suis très déçue de la prestation et de l accueil. Nous avons déjà été dans un Novotel et celui ci est vraiment pas de la même qualité.

Good location, nice new building buffet breakfast was great and friendly staff, room cleaning needs more attention, room layout wasn’t very good toilet and bathroom was separate toilet don’t have a sink.

É um excelente hotel, numa excelente localização. O problema é o atendimento. São grosseiros, não dão boas informações, quando dão o fazem incompleto ou com má vontade, enfim a equipe não encanta pelo contrário é um pesadelo. Exceto o atendimento na piscina e o do eletricista que foi no quarto arrumar o aquecedor que foram muito educados e eficientes. Eu estava com o tornozelo machucado e nem isso fez com que eu recebesse um atendimento um pouco melhor, nem um quarto acessível recebi. Enfim, a equipe é bastante ruim, não é padrão NOVOTEL, pelo menos o padrão do Brasil que é fantástico!
