Will come back to Munich and stay here again. The location is the best next to the train station so easy to travel around Europe. The staff [are] super friendly and helpful, [the] room [is] quite big, overall I love it 🥰.

Overall, it was a good place to stay during off peak seasons (i.e Oktoberfest), I did not encounter any bed bugs, place was ok, toilet was fine, wifi was good and available in rooms, it was fine.

It’s located about 5mins walk from Munich Hbf. I liked the Triple room, it was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage in the storage room. Overall it was a great stay.

The location is strategic, in the central of city. Near to München Hauptbahnhof/central station. Easy to find restaurant near the hotel.

Near from the city center, convenient and clean

The location is close to the train station and several places to eat. The superior room we stayed in was quite spacious. The receptionist was very helpful, and we quite enjoyed our 3-night stay.

Enjoyed my stay and the complimentary mini bar which includes both alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages, surely was value for money! Location was great - walking distance to day trip pick up and drop off points. The room was spacious, and the toilet had a heater—a great asset during the colder months! Will definitely stay at Mercure again when I'm in Munich!

Clean and great hotel near Munich Hbf. The soundproofing of the room door and windows are so good. Breakfast is good and all the staff in this hotel are so courteous. You can reach the underground shops via the nearest subway entrance which has 3 supermarkets and walk to Marienplatz in 15 mins.
