Will come back to Munich and stay here again. The location is the best next to the train station so easy to travel around Europe. The staff [are] super friendly and helpful, [the] room [is] quite big, overall I love it 🥰.

Perfectly located for Munich main station transport links. Staff in all areas were welcoming and professional. Spa area and pool are an added bonus for relaxing. Le Delice Brasserie is well worth a visit. Nespresso Machines and B&O Bluetooth speaker in the rooms add to the quality of your stay.

i booked the hotel for the spa but it was closed during my stay. i re ceived 3 emails from them before arriving and NEVER did they mention the spa would be closed during my week window of staying there. Had i known the spa would be closed i would have definitely went to a hotel which has a spa to use.

Good hotel, is rate, from the reservations to after check out. I forgot my mobile in my room, 213, from march 31st to April 1st. I have sent 4 email to the hotel with no response. These is anacceptaple, for a 5* hotel. Ihope to hear from the hotel

The spa staff does not enforce the rules of the spa at all. The sauna says plainly on the sign nude area no clothes, some people continue to wear swimsuits making it awkward for the people obeying the rules. I complained 3 times and nothing was done about it. My wife and I will no longer stay at a Sofitel, we will try someone new.

Breakfast is amazing. Indoor pool fantastic. Gym reasonably but bit small. Location great near train station (better when development there finishes). Rooms very good but found bed lumpy.

The hotel and service were impeccable. The Concierge/Doormen were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room decor was not exactly my taste, it felt a bit tacky - not sure if it was a connection to the buildings history or a nod to the neighbourhood but without explanation it felt a bit cheap.
