The room was okay, spacious, and clean. The TV was smart. The window was very pleasing to look out of. There was a welcome drink: coffee, sugar, tea, and matcha. The bathroom was clean, with complete amenities. There was also a refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a gym and a swimming pool. The food was also delicious and quite extensive, ranging from traditional to Western.

My husband, 3 kids, and I, 2 BRs are really worth staying here. The room is very clean, fragrant, the sheets, pillows, bolsters are all complete and clean, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean and fragrant, the pool is okay, the view of the city is nice, next time I want to stay here again, keep improving so that customers don't have any trouble coming back to Bandung if they want to go straight here.

Request setup room because of a special moment and it was free, got a slice of cake, mirror art and towel decor on the bed😍 Very good service, fast and friendly staff response, quite complete facilities, delicious and varied food. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed and would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff, especially Mrs. Irma who was very helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, it was raining heavily and I was carrying my toddler out of the online taxi. When I arrived at the lobby, Mrs. Irma immediately carried my child into the hotel to protect him from the rain and made sure he was okay and not wet from the rain. Even when I checked out, my child asked to be carried by her as a farewell. Apparently, my child felt comfortable with Mrs. Irma. Even when I got home, my child didn't stop asking about Mrs. Irma. Stay healthy, Mrs. Irma, see you again.

Got a super cheap promo price only 200k for 2 nights, got really top room facilities 💗 the room was upgraded, the whole room was fragrant, clean, no dirt or anything, the mattress and pillows were all fragrant and clean, the AC was super cold, the wifi was super fast, the receptionist was friendly and very helpful (there was a moment where the lights went out, and they fixed it right away 💘), they also provided a prayer robe, just ask the receptionist (the prayer robe was clean + fragrant) they gave me a stamp for motorbike parking so it wasn't expensive 🤭🫢 the only minus was that the bathroom door couldn't be locked, but they gave me a buffer so it was OK, and the refrigerator wasn't very cold but it was still OK the minuses weren't visible because there were so many pluses, next time I go to Bandung I will definitely stay here again 🫰 keep up the quality 🤗
