My family and I stayed here overnight because we were transiting on Garuda from Japan (International) to our city in Surabaya (domestic), if the next flight is domestic, it is closer if we stay at the Grand Anara Hotel, this is the first time we tried this Airport hotel, previously when we transited at other hotels near the Airport, our family was happy, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable with a kingkoil bed, spacious, nice and clean, the breakfast food was not too much but everything was just right, everything was delicious and edible, we are very satisfied and recommend this hotel, and want to come here if we transit again.

I've been here twice. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, the AC is cold, there's an electric stove, the staff is friendly, and I really like the swimming pool and the view of the city lights. I'll be back again.

The front desk is also friendly, and the restaurant staff reminds you of breakfast in the morning. The food is varied and delicious. The elevator smells good and the rooms are clean. Overall, it's comfortable and I'd definitely return to Zets Hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Villa Aryaduta Lippo Village this weekend and had such a great experience! The villa was spacious, clean, and comfortable – it truly felt like a home away from home with a five-star touch. During my stay at the Amaris Hotel Bandara, I experienced excellent service, from pick-up and reservations to room service, all the way to transfer back to Cengkareng Airport. Its proximity to the airport makes it an ideal choice for transit. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel grounds is very well maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The facilities provided are adequate for both short stays and business trips. Highlight: super helpful staff (thank you everyone!), airport shuttle (pick up and drop off) is included in the room price (I arrived at Jakarta airport pretty late in the evening and there were only my 3 persons group but pick up was arranged and adjusted to my schedule); great variety of breakfast meal and drinks; 24 hours room service; pretty nice coffee at the cafe. I had 0 worry regarding food. Cleanliness and room comfort are unquestionable. Would come back and recommend!

This is the first time my family and I have stayed at this Great Western Resort Hotel. Alhamdulillah, the hotel is comfortable, the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and the location is strategic, my family and I can go around the city of Tangerang for culinary delights. And especially my child he was very happy and at home at the Great Western Resort Hotel until he refused to go home, my child was happy when swimming in the morning with cool and clean air, even now every weekend request to stay at GWR again, and I promise next month I invited to stay there again, because the child's happiness is number 1.
