I stayed with my extended family and brought my parents, who have difficulty walking. Luckily, Alam Ngariung has a room type that allows parking directly in front of the room, making it easy for my parents to reach the room. Likewise, the restaurant is accessible by private vehicle or the resort's shuttle service. This makes it incredibly convenient for those traveling with parents who have difficulty walking. Furthermore, the shuttle drivers are very friendly and willing to take us around.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is not far from the city, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, the swimming pool is also very clean, there is a playground area that makes the kids feel at home for a long time at the hotel. Surprise, surprise when checking out, surprised that the car that was quite dirty became quite clean, maybe washed by the hotel while we were resting, thank you very much Hotel Semeru for the best service.. Once or twice a month we definitely have to go to Bogor, because my child is studying at Univ IPB, hopefully Hotel Semeru will be the best choice every time we go to Bogor and have to stay.

Before coming here, I'd actually seen reviews in the form of photos, videos, and reviews from previous guests, but experiencing it firsthand was completely different, exceeding expectations. For a budget-friendly accommodation, what I got was extraordinary, with lots of free kid-friendly activities. The food in the restaurant was also delicious, with beautiful views of Sentul. "I'll stay here again sometime," a statement rarely uttered by families.
