Masya Allah, the hotel is very nice at a fairly affordable price. It's very comfortable to stay because it's far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We upgraded to a connecting room for free. It's kid-friendly and has lots of playgrounds for the kids. There are many swimming pools to choose from and they are clean. The breakfast is also delicious, and I especially liked the omelet. The staff is very friendly. Overall, staying here feels like being at one with nature. The distance to Ijen Crater is about 45 minutes. Next time, God willing, I want to stay here again.

All of my special requests were thoughtfully handled by Mas Miko, and I was even kindly upgraded to a higher room category than the one I originally booked. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and warm. The hotel area is clean, peaceful, and quiet—a perfect place for someone like me who is currently going through mental and emotional healing. I will definitely come back and stay at Dialoog Banyuwangi again. Perhaps many hotels offer similar facilities, but Dialoog Banyuwangi has truly won my heart, and it will always be my first choice whenever I return to Banyuwangi.
