Dialoog Banyuwangi has always been on my bucket list, and I’m happy to say that my stay lived up to my expectations! Everything was wonderful, from the atmosphere and facilities to the hospitality. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast. The variety of options was excellent, and everything tasted really good. The staff were also incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. One suggestion I have is regarding the room curtains. I think replacing the current roller blinds with double-layer curtains, including sheer curtains (vitrage), would be a great improvement. This would allow guests to enjoy natural sunlight without compromising their privacy, as the current setup makes the room quite visible from outside when the blinds are open. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I’m glad I finally got to stay at Dialoog Banyuwangi. Definitely a memorable stay!

Very professional hospitality hotel and cool and clean open area

Thank you, Villa Solong. This is my second stay at Villa Solong. This time, I was with my husband and children. I purposely stayed here and just enjoyed the hotel surroundings. I enjoyed the evening in front of my room overlooking the beach while sipping a young coconut. Oh my God, it was amazing.

The room is comfortable & spacious as described, the pool is cool, spacious and there are lots of them so the kids don't get bored, you can go to the Ijen farm too + you can go to the pool 2x free.

Nice hotel. Clean, tidy. I checked in before 2:00 PM, and was served very well. I was very tired from the trip, so I tried to check in, and it turned out I could. It was very pleasant. The superior king room was really good, the mattress was comfortable, and I got 4 pillows. I stayed with 2 teenagers, and the king room was perfect. The refrigerator was cold, the AC was cold, there was a fairly large work desk, the bathroom was spacious, the amenities were complete, and there were cotton buds, which was very important to us, hehehe. In front of the hotel there was a food stall and Whizz Mie, a little walk to the left was an ATM center. Awesome. The breakfast was also delicious, with lots of variety, and there was a local menu. The hotel's location is great, close to the city center. If I go to Banyuwangi next time, I can stay here again. Thank you Hotel Santika Banyuwangi.

The room is spacious and very comfortable... The location is perfect for a staycation... I came here yesterday because my child was in a competition... It's really nice... Especially when I'm tired... It's really suitable... Recommended.

I was initially hesitant about choosing this hotel, but it turned out to be an unexpectedly pleasant stay. We stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room. The room was clean, smelled good, and the hot water worked well. The bathroom was well-equipped. As we had to check out at 6 a.m., the restaurant brought us a breakfast box to eat on the way (by request).

Peaceful and quiet place with mountain views, friendly staff, warm meal, and we had a great amount of rest away from the hustle and bustle of the city noise.

An accommodation with a beautiful view. It's located approximately 10 minutes from Ketapang Harbor. It has a clean, spacious swimming pool, and is comfortable for children. There's a restaurant on the second floor with a beach view. The food is reasonably priced and delicious. There's also a relaxing/hangout area in the lobby. If you buy food outside the accommodation, you can eat it in the lobby, which offers a beautiful beach view.

Children love staying in the family suite because it provides a comfortable room, toys, free cookies, and the interior is also suitable for children.

My stay here was very pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The service was friendly and prompt. The peaceful atmosphere made it a comfortable place to rest. Overall, I was very satisfied and highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again.
