Since the very first moment I checked in at Dialoog Banyuwangi, I was welcomed with such a warm and genuine smile. All of my special requests were thoughtfully handled by Mas Miko, and I was even kindly upgraded to a higher room category than the one I originally booked. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and warm. The hotel area is clean, peaceful, and quiet—a perfect place for someone like me who is currently going through mental and emotional healing. I will definitely come back and stay at Dialoog Banyuwangi again. Perhaps many hotels offer similar facilities, but Dialoog Banyuwangi has truly won my heart, and it will always be my first choice whenever I return to Banyuwangi.

As two girls on a weekend getaway, we found the hotel quite busy—but despite that, the staff were incredibly welcoming, quick, and friendly throughout our stay. The room was a decent size and fairly clean, which made it comfortable enough for a short trip.
