I love this hotel. We have stayed here for three nights. The room was big, we chose Premier king room with pool view. The staffs are friendly, every time we bumped into one of them, they always greet us with a smile. The food is also good, and free afternoon tea during our stay. Actually, afternoon tea is only for two people, but when my husband and my daughter went into Samara resto to enjoy their afternoon tea, the manager asked me why I didn’t join them. When I said it’s only for two, he said I can join them for free 🥰 I forgot his name, Dani or Bani. Thank you so much, we really appreciated it 🙏 This hotel is highly recommended, it has a lot of activities for kids and adults, and their swimming pool is legendary! Very big 😍 I think it’s more than 50m. Anyway, thank you Mason Pine, keep up the good work 🫰❤️

Love every details, surrounded, food, ambience of room, cleanest area, the gym, the pool, the kids club. Good treats for free complimentary traditional snacks ‘the cangcimen’ please keep this alive in the bedroom, very classy and meaningful. Will be come back if I go to Bandung.

As expected a 5 stars hotel with a 5 stars service! Tho I only stayed for 1 night, but I feel recharged already. The best part of this hotel is the mini waterfall in the mini rain forest, oh and the Koi pond is so lovely! I have the best sleep listening to the sound of the waterfall, since my room oa facing towards it. Another best part is that this hotel located in the city, so delivering food to the hotel is super easy! Will definitely go back with my family asap!

We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served.
