The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed and would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff, especially Mrs. Irma who was very helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, it was raining heavily and I was carrying my toddler out of the online taxi. When I arrived at the lobby, Mrs. Irma immediately carried my child into the hotel to protect him from the rain and made sure he was okay and not wet from the rain. Even when I checked out, my child asked to be carried by her as a farewell. Apparently, my child felt comfortable with Mrs. Irma. Even when I got home, my child didn't stop asking about Mrs. Irma. Stay healthy, Mrs. Irma, see you again.

Stayed in Sheraton for my mom's birthday getaway. With the help of Miss Sasha, check-in was smooth and they accommodated our request for a connecting room. The room itself was spacious, cold (which [is] really nice), and with enough amenities. Because we came on weekdays and still on [the] fasting month, the pool [was] quite empty, so we had a blast. We tried the gym too (access with room card) and they had essential gym equipment. Breakfast was marvelous! So many food varieties and all the staff [were] attentive while we ate breakfast. Over all we had [an] excellent stay[ed] at Sheraton Bandung. Thank you so much to all the staff for the hospitality. Hope we can stay again.

The receptionist was fast responding, yesterday I happened to be with Kang Pajar, and my staycation here happened to be when my wife was attending a painting exhibition in the lobby. Because it's close to the mall, it's really convenient if you want to buy food for breaking the fast. Of all the hotels we've visited, this is one of the best because it's rare for a hotel to provide bolsters in the room. Harris Hotel is different, this one has fulfilled our request, using a connecting room there are bolsters in each room, and most importantly, there is a dispenser, so you don't have to keep going back and forth to make hot or warm breast milk, it's already near the elevator lobby on each floor. Alhamdulillah, I was very impressed, Thank you Harris Hotel.

It's been my 2nd time here and satisfied with the facilities. There is a welcome drink, the breakfast is delicious and varied, there is a coffee machine, tea tubruk, and herbal medicine. Stayed here for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms. It was a very comfortable stay at Grand Pasundan. There is a playground and a reading corner, my son was happy playing ball in the playground😄 The security staff was helpful in helping carry things to the room, the security guard besides being a bellboy also guarded the parking lot. Got a free upgrade to a deluxe room, the breakfast was plentiful and the stall variants were never finished until after eating. The swimming pool was clean. I had sent the wrong package to this hotel and the staff was very responsive when I ordered a courier to pick it up. Thank you very much Grand Pasundan ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
