Highly recommended💯 Year-end vacation with a large family is the right choice to stay at Grand Mercure, very satisfied. Got a room upgrade with a balcony and connecting room. Request setup room because of a special moment and it was free, got a slice of cake, mirror art and towel decor on the bed😍 Very good service, fast and friendly staff response, quite complete facilities, delicious and varied food. From a transit purpose, yet I get beyond my expectation. The room is clean and spacious, the staffs are responsive and really friendly, the restaurant is offering various menu and great taste. With commercial surrounding, you can get what you need just in time. The neighborhood is really good so that I can do jogging in the morning comfortably.

Complete facilities: gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hot and cold pools. Large, comfortable king-size bed. There's a mini-fridge, and the room is soundproof for a restful sleep. Breakfast is delicious. And most importantly, the price is reasonable. This is a truly recommended hotel in Bandung.

It's been my 2nd time here and satisfied with the facilities. There is a welcome drink, the breakfast is delicious and varied, there is a coffee machine, tea tubruk, and herbal medicine. The location is also close to the dining area, the bathroom is clean, the shower and hot water work well, the bed is also clean. Good job Santika Hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms. It was a very comfortable stay at Grand Pasundan. There is a playground and a reading corner, my son was happy playing ball in the playground😄 The security staff was helpful in helping carry things to the room, the security guard besides being a bellboy also guarded the parking lot. Got a free upgrade to a deluxe room, the breakfast was plentiful and the stall variants were never finished until after eating. The swimming pool was clean. I had sent the wrong package to this hotel and the staff was very responsive when I ordered a courier to pick it up. Thank you very much Grand Pasundan ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a very pleasant experience. Check-in was friendly and welcoming. There was a refreshing welcome drink. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was cool enough. Breakfast was also very enjoyable, with a variety of dishes available and easy on the palate. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
