Its location is close to the city centre with easy accessibility to various places. The staff were helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the pool and the gym, which were both great to use. This hotel is very comfortable, and the service is friendly. I arrived in Jakarta quite early, arriving at the hotel around 10:00. Since it wasn't check-in time yet and we didn't have anywhere else to go, we took a break in the lobby. It was comfortable, cool, had a sofa, a charging station, and most importantly, the staff was friendly.

Thank God, my 11-day stay at Hotel Sofyan was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the facilities were good, there was a prayer room, and the breakfast was delicious. I stayed for 2 days in a family room, the room was very big/spacious, clean, there were 3 beds that were also big, the bathroom was separate from the toilet so it was nice, no need to queue if someone had to go to the toilet, towels and toiletries were complete and clean. The food in the restaurant was very varied from western to traditional, my kids really liked it there. Incidentally, I have stayed there twice, last year. That's why I took this hotel again, the access is very easy, there are 2 big malls that are shopping options. The staff is friendly and quick to respond, when the bathroom fan broke down they were quickly fixed, needed an iron quickly delivered, basically very satisfied. Next time if I have a staycation with my family, God willing, I will be at this hotel again. Maintain or improve the service. Thank you.

When checking in, the AC was not cold enough, and after informing the hotel staff, the handling was quick. When I returned from outside, the AC was cold again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
