easy check in, the room is as expected, not too spacious but enough for our family, with 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 toddlers.. requested city view and was granted, next time want to try the pool view, have often stayed at orchard tanglin 1br, 2br, by miracle and always satisfied, this time the Anderson is no less satisfied, complete facilities, just lacking a magic com.. overall will come back again

This time it was not wrong to choose to staycation in Surabaya, the lobby atmosphere is very comfortable, welcomed by a friendly front office. And the best part is being chosen as the guest of the day. Got mirror plating and a cake that tastes really good. The room is quite spacious, comfortable AC and wifi that has no problems. The bathroom is also very clean. During breakfast, the employees are very friendly and helpful. There are many variations of food from western to traditional, even market snacks are available. Regarding the taste of the food, all of the things I tasted were delicious. Thank you for the service and comfort of Mercure Grand Mirama, and for choosing me as the Guest of the Day

For just stopping by, this is really good. Even for staying, this hotel is also good. The price is really affordable with really good facilities. The room is clean, doesn't feel cramped, there is no cigarette smell, like the smell of a normal hotel, water can be refilled as much as you like, the room is soundproof so you can sleep really well, the bed is clean and comfortable. The bathroom doesn't smell at all, it's clean and quite spacious too. Access in the city center to go anywhere is really easy, it's also close to Alfamart so if you're hungry at night it's easy to go out to find food. Overall, the value is perfect for that price

Had my very first stay at this hotel and first impression was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, all of them greeted me with a smile. The room is spacious. Great amenities available in the room; tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, kettle, slippers, toiletries. There's water dispenser on every floor which is very convenient to refill water. Breakfast offers many delicious varieties. Overall a great experience!

I think this is one place to stay that will surprise you. The price is not expensive, but the rooms are spacious, with minimalist decoration, so it feels even more spacious. Apart from being spacious, the rooms are neat and clean. This hotel will clearly be your first consideration if you travel again to ITS and its surroundings. Hopefully it's not fully booked.
