Sorry, this is the first time I've stayed in a standard room, the size is too small, and this is also the first time I've stayed in a standard room, there was no soap and no mineral water, the sheets and blankets were stained, the towels smelled. The service is okay, the location is also okay, suggestions for the future to be better, please upgrade the room facilities. So that other people who want to stay here won't regret it. 🙏🏻

Staff is not good. The helmet that was kept inside was lost due to the negligence of the staff who mistakenly gave my helmet to someone else and took no responsibility. For the umpteenth time we stayed 2 nights and when we asked for a change of towels and the blankets weren't available, without being asked, at 2 o'clock we could have changed the towels, so I checked in again.

The staff is very friendly and professional, like in a luxury hotel, only the blankets are extraordinarily dirty, even the sheets are dirty, the bathroom walls are dirty even though they were finally replaced with new sheets.

The bathroom smells, dirty like it's been used, wet. The bed linen doesn't look like it's been replaced, it's not clean and there are strands of long hair behind the bedcover. Rooms are not clean. Uncomfortable pillows (not proper for sleeping pillows). In the lobby of young people at night gatherings (including the hotel staff) and there are girls, noisy and uncomfortable, musil settings from the speakers. Such as inn scribbles and time clocks. Not recommended!
