We had such a delightful and impressive experience staying at Padma Hotel Semarang. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff. What truly stood out was their excellent service; every staff member we encountered, whether at the front desk, hallways, or restaurant, was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The facilities were another highlight that made us fall in love with the hotel. We stayed in the Deluxe Room with a bathtub, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, beautifully scented, and we were lucky to get one with a stunning view. The kids’ playground offered various safe and fun options for children, which was perfect since our visit coincided with the school holiday season. There were also plenty of activities for children, making the experience enjoyable not only for parents but especially for our little ones. About the food; honestly, everything was delicious! There wasn’t a single dish we didn’t like. Huge thanks to the chef and the entire kitchen team for serving such high-quality meals. During breakfast, the restaurant staff were also incredibly efficient and attentive. Although we had a packed itinerary, and our child didn’t get the chance to enjoy the foam party at the kids' pool, we are already planning to return in the future. Thank you, Padma Hotel Semarang, for the wonderful memories. Wishing you continued success!

Nice place, good view & good weather. Not kids friendly for an active kid like my son due to the stairs lol but overall we had very best experience. Breakfast also great with many options and totally not crowded during this pandemic. Will def come back 🖤

Quest Hotel Simpang Lima - Semarang by ASTON
Location is great! It is located in the city center (Simpang Lima) which is close to a lot of culinary and entertainment places in Semarang : Kota Lama, Shopping Mall, etc.
Family room was also great, spacious, and has a small garden for kids playing (need to ask for the keys to access). Food was so so, but consider ok for the price. Cleanliness was ok.

we stayed in the room 917 however during the stay at night some cockroach were found. then we were moved to other room, still doesn't not meet expectations. AC was hot, in the morning water could not get hot as well. the staff was helping very quick and responsive, but does not help our experience staying in this hotel. when we were hungry at night in room dining was also not available. I would not come again to this hotel
