This was my second stay at the hotel, and coincidentally, both visits took place while the property was undergoing renovations. Although some common areas were still under construction, I was pleased to find that my room had already been fully refurbished. The newly renovated room was excellent—modern, clean, and very comfortable. The interior design felt fresh and well thought out, with updated furnishings, good lighting, and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Despite the ongoing works elsewhere in the hotel, noise levels were minimal, and the staff made every effort to ensure guests were not inconvenienced. Overall, I appreciate the improvements being made and look forward to seeing the hotel once the renovations are fully completed. I would certainly consider staying here again.

The room exceeded my expectation, and just same exactly as how they put it on here. They have flexible check in late from 2pm-12am (if I’m not mistaken), so it was comfortable to know that I’d be fine to arrive late for getting my stuffs done first. It was very close to Blok M Plaza and the MRT station which is very convenience for anyone who needs to travel further than Blok M or Melawai area that can be reached by boarding the MRT. The room was super clean and neat, room service was excellent, and all staffs were super friendly. Although that I might suggest to the hotel that it will be better if you have put the bar for the aircon so it won’t look so unprepared to the guest and will be seen better (as seen on the picture I posted). And maybe fix the lamp near the entrance door also repaint some water spots on the ceiling on the room and bathroom to have it look more luxury. Other than those, I can say it is very recommended for you to stay. Keep it up and thank you for the great service!

I have always loved my stay here! The rooms facing the green areas in Fatmawati (still don't know what the place is called, to be honest) are always pleasant and a breath of fresh air amidst Jakarta's overcrowding. The breakfast menu was not only varied but also good! The hotel being situated just a short distance from the MRT station is also a significant advantage!

We had a pleasant stay here, we got a comfy bed, clean room, personally love the old hotel ambience. The hotel provided good amenities, enjoyed the bath with hot water, internet connection was good, staff was helpful and hassle-free check-in and out. Haven't tasted anything food-wise, but we're sure they got a good food selection. Will be back if we are around the area.
