The staff was well-trained and accommodating! Their rate is worth the service you will get. My favorite part of my stay is breakfast at the restaurant on the 2nd floor. They have a lot of breakfast options to choose from. The moment I walked into the restaurant their staff was already asking if I wanted coffee or tea. I would love to stay here again. If you find yourself in Tangerang Selatan, choose this hotel.

We had a great time staying 2 days 1 night at Hotel Aston Bintaro. The room was spacious, very clean, very neat, and the staff was friendly. The highlight of our staycation was the pool. They had a lot of fun swimming at the kids' pool. Definitely will go back there for a short stay.

He ensured my room was always spotless, fresh, and comfortable, often anticipating needs before I even asked. No matter the time of day, he greeted me with humility and a warm smile. In a moment of personal uncertainty, his simple acts of care—tidying the room, checking if I needed anything, maintaining cleanliness with pride—brought a sense of stability and comfort that I truly needed. Sometimes, real hospitality is not about luxury—it’s about people like Danny, who take their work to heart and treat guests with genuine respect. I am sincerely grateful for his outstanding service. The staff are very friendly here, loved the location because it's located in an uncrowded area, easy access to anywhere such as minimarket or restaurants, the process for checking in is fast and simple.
