i asked for one big bed, was given the room with 2 single beds. room is dusty. room has electric kettle, very dirty with unremoved stains at the mouth and bottom of kettle, actually housekeeping can scrub the stain while washing, but lazy.
room has only ONE plug point for phone charging, shaving, boiling water and etc and is placed near rhe board of the bed headrest.
there is no free coffee or tea bags provided. oh yes, phone is room is not working, so ang cvomplaints or request from kitchen or house keepingg, you have to go to reception. may be this is an under ultilized room or situation such, so we dont call and less work for staff, keeping them happy.
plus point, room has good new towels.

Room heater kettle very dirty and edges have thick stain.
the room had only one electric point for coffee kettle, or charging phone. have to do it turns..
other rooms have 2 0r 3 electric point.
plus point, towels were clean.
