It's a wonderful experience one night at Harris Hotel Festival Citylink, the receptionist had good service. I requested an extra bed and it was prepared well. The breakfast menu had too many choices and all of them tasted good. Thanks.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the restrooms were clean, and the room was also clean. The location is strategically close to the mall. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but I checked in on a weekend, so the elevator queue was quite long. But, it was still safe.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel located conveniently inside the mall. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. the hotel is nice. the location’s great and the place is clean. But I was quite disappointed with the check-in experience. I specifically booked a room with one king bed, and it was clearly stated in my booking. When I arrived, the staff told me that the room type I booked was fully booked, even though it still showed as available on the app. They gave me only two options: upgrade to a suite by paying an extra 1.5 million IDR, or take a twin bed room instead. I was really disappointed because I expected a complimentary upgrade since it wasn’t my fault, not to pay extra. The only “compensation” I got was a welcome drink, which I think is something every guest already gets. Hopefully next time, the hotel can manage the room availability more accurately so guests don’t have to deal with this kind of issue.
