The four of us stayed in a superior room. It was spacious, affordable, clean, and comfortable, with cool air conditioning and Netflix. The swimming pool was clean and had a fish therapy pool. It's located near Batu town square, about a 200-meter walk. Highly recommended 🥰

Next time if going to Batu, I want to stay here again. The hotel is comfortable, clean, has hot and cold water for bathing, drinking water is also provided via a dispenser in front of the room. Access to the town square is close, there is a swimming pool, the floor is fully carpeted. I just forgot to take photos in the room. Initially, I only wanted to stay for 2 nights, but I added another night. No need to bother looking for a hotel, stay here. Recommended, best overall.

Located in an alley. The room's mosquito nets should be replaced with tighter, more private ones, as they're still visible from outside. The TV is off, and when you turn it back on, the channel is gone. In the room, the TV is on and the lights are on, making it difficult for anyone to watch TV while the lights are on. The room's cleanliness is poor, with white spots on the floor.

Thanks to Hidden Paradiso, a comfortable hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, clean rooms, complete room and amenities. Even though we couldn't check in until early in the morning, we were still served with kindness. We checked in late due to traffic at Gilimanuk Harbor. Thank you, Hidden Paradiso.

Overall, my stay here was quite enjoyable and memorable. The rooftop is a favorite spot, offering a relaxing spot to enjoy the view and enjoy a meal, whether in the afternoon or evening. The accommodation is approximately 500 meters from Batu's town square.

It's close to the town square mosque, so we can pray Maghrib, Isha, and Subuh in congregation. The car was washed, but unfortunately, the water wasn't enough, so there was still soap residue on the body.

Room 304 is very uncomfortable with the noise from the Sanyo because it's directly opposite the Sanyo Air room. Please find a solution immediately so the noise doesn't disturb guests. It's extremely annoying, especially for those with children.

The hotel is actually clean. Only one towel was so dirty and black that it was still being used. The pillows smelled of urine. It was uncomfortable. Please improve the hotel's amenities. For around 400,000 Rupiah, you should be able to get a comfortable hotel. But it's a shame. Thank you.
