My favorite place, because of the strategic location, to the airport, to the office center, shopping center, access to the toll gate is close. The service starts from the security guard greeting at the entrance, front office, room boy, restaurant staff and all staff are friendly and respond quickly.

This is my 4th time staying at Ciputra. I'm very satisfied, even though it's an old hotel, it's well maintained and clean. The view of Jakarta from the room is also amazing, really cool.

Never disappointed staying here, the price is affordable, the facilities are excellent, but the staff on duty at night between 9 and 10 PM may not be very numerous, as I called twice but no one answered. But I will definitely stay here again in the future, and hopefully it will be even better.

Sorry, honest review is not very pleasant. Very disappointed, I should have checked out the next day, I chose to check out at midnight because I was very annoyed. I was not feeling well, I was hungry at midnight and wanted to order food from a restaurant, but the phone couldn't be used at all. The sink water couldn't be adjusted, brushing my teeth and washing my face was very hot, like when I wanted to make coffee it was hot, I wanted to take a shower but the water was cold, I couldn't adjust it to hot, the toilet water smelled of Bayclin. The next room was noisy, the sound was very loud. The breakfast menu also lacked choices. Even though the hotel is above 1 million +++

This is my second time staying with my family. The room facilities are good, everything is usable, such as the hairdryer, refrigerator, TV, and safety deposit box. However, the shower was broken. I immediately informed customer service, who immediately repaired it and it was ready to use. The service is overall good, from customer service, the swimming pool, and the restaurant. There are many food and beverage options.

Overall okay, but maybe the receptionist should be more disciplined and professional, CI time is 14:00 but until 16:15 we have not been given a room, while we have just made a long trip and we are one of the loyal customers of Ciputra Hotel Jakarta / swissbell, 1 more thing for the breakfast menu should be more varied every staycation at Ciputra the breakfast menu is always the same, thank you🙏
