The hotel staff is friendly, but the security is like a thug, when you ask a hotel customer where they are going, they already know how to get to the hotel, the security is not friendly, unlike other hotels, the water is good, but if you want to take a shower you are afraid of itching, and the room is not very clean, the waterfel facility is not working, come on, the hotel, how can the water be so smelly.

Perlu extra charge untuk masuk lebih cepat, padahal ke hotel bintang 5 pun biasanya kalau ada kamar kosong, tidak masalah masuk lebih cepat, kemarin saya minta check in jam 11.00 tapi ditolak, selain itu lantai kamar mandi dekil banget, dan sarapan juga tidak ada pilihan, hanya nasi goreng telur dengan teh, lift juga tidak lebih besar dari kulkas 2 pintu.
