The service of this hotel is very bad. I booked through the app and paid but it was not acknowledged. They still gave their price of 130 thousand. I told them that I paid through the app, they said: "Just call Jakarta".

I booked 4 rooms for my friends who were going to take the PK exam at a room rate of 54 thousand rupiah per room. When I checked in on the day, the receptionist didn't accept it and said that my friends had to pay another 66 thousand rupiah per room. "I don't know about payments from Traveloka, if you want to complain, please complain to Traveloka, if you want to cancel, just go to Traveloka," said the receptionist. Since my friends were tired from the long journey, they paid with a heavy heart. For friends who want to stay here, please reconsider, it's not recommended.

Saya tidak menganjurkan untuk cek in di sini karena harga di traveloka dengan harga aslinya saat cek in sangat berbeda saya rugi apalagi saya tidak bisa refund karena telah membayar melalui alfamart pihak hotel tidak mau tau. Kalau mau untung ya jangan gini juga lah. Pelayanan nya juga kurang. Saya sangat rugi cek in di hotel ini.
