The room was hot, maybe the air conditioner was a little damaged, there were a lot of cigarettes, the air was not good.

When we arrived at the hotel we were unable to check in on the reason the online agent had not entered their system and we waited until 2 hours for them to receive confirmation from the online agent after I contacted and submitted a complaint to the online agent.

I like the room and the service but the bed is too small.

The room smells, the lights are dim, the service is unsatisfactory.

The location is quite strategic for Muslims like me but please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the toilets, I could not eat in the hotel because the fishy aroma from the bathroom and before going to bed had to spray perfume first so that the aroma was rather tasty. I chose this hotel because I saw the photo of the room was quite bright, because I was typical of people who were afraid of sleeping alone and it turned out that the hotel was dimly lit plus it was disturbed by the smell of the toilet even though I closed the door. Thank you, the manager, who was very friendly and ordered its members to maintain the security of my room while I slept.

So I booked a deluxe double room. When I first booked it, it was available. But when we arrived, they told me the deluxe double room is full so we have to move to the twin room instead. After that, we stayed in the twin bed room for like 15 minutes before a hotel staff come and said that the room that we are staying in, is booked and the person who booked it has arrived, so again, we need to move into another room. I was so taken aback by this, and asking maybe if I could get a double suit room, I was willing to pay more because we were so tired we just need a comfortable bed to sleep on, but they told me I have to pay full if I want a new room, meaning the money for the room that we booked before could not be returned nor used to upgrade the room. So I went to the front desk to complain, and suddenly the supposedly "full" deluxe double have a free room and we can stay there for the night. What I mean is, update it in the app if the room is really all full so we get what we actually paid, not being moved around from one room to another just because the hotel doesn't update it in the app or anything else. We could just move to another hotel, but the booking wasn't refundable so it'll be a waste of money. I really hope nothing like this will ever happen again to any other customer in the future.

The start of the room is good, and right after the break, the room is moved by reason of the wrong room. Moving to the 3rd floor the rooms are nice but not fragrant and don't provide mineral water and toiletries.

The hotel staff were rude men, and the room I stayed in I got 3 packs of condom packaging.
