From the moment we checked in, the staff explained everything in detail. The room was so clean. We deliberately chose the Merapi view, even though it was only for a brief moment, haha. Overall, I liked the room; it was neat and clean. There was a large mirror, so it was easy to look in the mirror. It was clean and fragrant. I might come back to stay again next time. Yeeeeeeee

A very nice room for the 600++ Rupiah price range. The cleanliness, service, and comfort were all very satisfying. The swimming pool was nice, but it was a bit hot during the day for swimming. Breakfast was quite tasty and complete. However, the location is quite far from everywhere, making it difficult to find dinner, especially without a vehicle. The air conditioning in the room wasn't cold enough; even on 16°, it wasn't cold. The hallway and lobby were still colder than the room, which was a bit disappointing. Hopefully, things will improve. I recommend it, 9.1/10. Thank you!!

I've stayed here many times and it was perfect all the time, the staff is super helpful, the room is nice and comfortable, and the food is just simply amazing. also great work from the housekeeping team, they clean the room well and even left a little something for us 👏👏
