Very nice hotel; I think everything has been renovated fairly recently. Beautiful, clean, and atmospheric room with a safe, TV, and kettle. Very extensive breakfast that also caters to Western guests. In addition to bread, there was cheese and cold cuts. Good location, close to the station. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Good value for money.

Staying at the Sagan Heritage Hotel was one of the best experiences during my vacation in Yogyakarta. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. There were changing facilities and rollaway beds. The room was cleaned and cleaned quickly. They were efficient and ultimately made me feel comfortable. It made for a more restful sleep. Plus, the room was incredibly soft. It was a really comfortable sleep in this hotel. Check-out was also very easy. The food was delicious, varied, and they even gave me a free drink.

This is my second time staying at this hotel since few years back, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The hotel has a very strategic location, making it an excellent base to truly enjoy Yogyakarta—whether for sightseeing, culinary trips, or cultural exploration. The property is well maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that reflect great attention to detail. What really stands out is the five-star level of service. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, making the stay feel warm and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of location, comfort, and exceptional service. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Yogyakarta.
