Very friendly and helpful during the late check-in, which was really at 12 midnight. The room was always clean and tidy every morning. The hallway window was also always opened every morning so the morning air could come in. The receptionist was very helpful with any requests from guests. Overall, a great experience. The team promptly handled the valet parking. The hotel was also incredibly responsible for the damage to my wife's hijab laundry. The coffeelate and matcha were delicious. The swimming pool is perfect for kids to play in, but always with adult supervision. There's a jacuzzi and sauna available. The best views are found in rooms overlooking Mount Merapi and Mount Merbabu.
