Stayed for 5 nights. The home service team left a sweet message with treats 2x. Upon check out, the receptionist also gave me a small nice departure gift. Breakfast was excellent, room very clean and bright. It's not about the treats/gift, but their gesture which makes the guest feel appreciated and well taken care of. Definitely will go back.

As a woman solo traveler, I feel safe to know that this hotel is syariah. The staff are friendly and informative, the room isn’t that large but it is clean and comfortable, the view from my room (4th floor, 404) is comforting at night, the bathroom also clean and smells really good. The hot water works just fine and fast. Though it was hard to take my 15kg luggage to the 4th floor since there’s no lift but, it’s okay. Just think of it as a sport. Might be come back to book again if I have plans to go to Jakarta in the future. Thank you very much!

I have always loved my stay here! The rooms facing the green areas in Fatmawati (still don't know what the place is called, to be honest) are always pleasant and a breath of fresh air amidst Jakarta's overcrowding. The breakfast menu was not only varied but also good! The hotel being situated just a short distance from the MRT station is also a significant advantage!

Staff Assistance: The staff went above and beyond throughout my stay. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was attentive, friendly, and eager to assist. Price: Given the exceptional quality of the amenities and service, I felt the price was very reasonable. While not the cheapest option in town, the value for the price paid was undeniable.
