Again, I forgot to take the pictures but do not worry because everything is exactly the same as the photos they were showing you in this application. The service was awesome. As always. The housekeepers are friendly and ready to help you. The receptions are helpful. In short, this is the immediate choice for me whenever I travel to Jakarta.

Nice hotel, okay for staycation. The front desk staff was nice. The bedroom and bathroom are just like in the picture. Unfortunately, the tables were not cleaned well. There's no bathroom mat and no slippers. The refrigerator was not cold either. Aside from that, AC, TV, and the hot water functions well. The bed and the pillows were comfortable enough.

Upon checking into this hotel, I have sky-high expectation for both the service and the room. I have passed this hotel several times and really curious on how this well-known hotel doing on their services. I booked a night just to have a good time together with my partner and enjoying our weekend there. Upon arrival, We're greeted with a very warm welcome and they were already offer to brought our belongings, even when it's not really that much stuff. They gave us a very nice welcome drink and the receptionist, Ms. Jesslyn, treated is very well during check-in. Our requests were all fulfilled and really appreciate their attention on the small details. Then when we arrived at the room. We were stunned. It was a neatly oriental-decorated spacious room with tons of cool stuffs, one of the example was the speaker inside our bathroom. Which really gave us an awesome experience on watching movies while indulge in the bath tub. The bed was comfy and the pillows were outstanding. Definitely ranked among our top 5 hotel with the best bed ever! The hotel's facilities are considered complete for the 5-star hotel. It has a very spacious and proper gym court complete with saunas, massage and spa, and also the swimming pool, although the swimming pool is not really that big. They also noticeably fast on our in-room requests. I don't feel any delay as they send our request immediately and they happily gave what we wanted even when it was late in the night. The breakfast also exceptional! They have tons of choices in pastry (I love pastries) and the varieties of cuisines as well. The servers were also very helpful and fulfill all our requested stuffs, even when the restaurant is very packed. Overall, the hotel is really the best choice for whoever wanted to have an awesome experience on staycation in the oriental-themed hotel with nice services! Overall the hotel is so nice yet quite. Really good for business trip/staycation. I feel so peacefully stay in here and can recharge my energy. My favorite staff so far Ms. Vica as Front Office (thank you miss for your delightful service) and Technicians (thank you Sir for your tirelessly checking on our needs). Don't worry! All staff I met are so nice, smiley, greetings to me. Your hospitality is really wonderful experience (good job everyone)! Just little bit suggestion for the quality of your breakfast; The portion is too small and need some seasoning😉. But thank you for fulfilling our request, team🙏🏻. Room are spacious and the sofa would be my favorite spot for reading book or even for working🥰. NOTE: you want this room? The room is not soundproof enough, I can barely hear the sound of next door guests' chatterings. I called for a noise complains and staff followed up accordingly. Thank you. Keep it up. Other than that, overall experience was good. I'll be back for sure.

Sofyan Hotel Cut Meutia Family Friendly
I stayed for two nights at Sofyan Hotel and overall, it was an acceptable experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, both check-in and check-out processes were quick and smooth. The bedsheet in my room was clean, although the pillow cover was not very comfortable. Unfortunately, the room had a noticeable old carpet smell, and there was also an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drainage. Despite these issues, the hotel's location was ideal for my needs. I had booked a room with breakfast included, but I ended up not trying it, so I can't comment on that aspect.

I stayed over the weekend for a family staycation and had a wonderful experience. This is a family-friendly hotel with helpful staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The swimming pool and gym facilities were excellent — clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxation and a quick workout. Very recommended for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.
