I stayed 11 nights at Hotel Mutiara Timor. The staff were very friendly, the room and hotel were very clean, even though it's only a 1-star hotel, I think Hotel Mutiara Timor deserves to be upgraded to a 2-star hotel. The location is a bit inland, but the location is strategic. Around the location there are many Instagrammable cafes and lots of snacks too. Near the hotel, it opens at 10 AM and closes at 4 PM, meatballs pentol are located 100 meters to the right of the hotel, which are always busy, worth trying if you stay at this hotel. And in the morning, to the left of the hotel, there is also a savory pecel rice seller for only 10 thousand. Indomaret and Starbucks are about 1 km away. Marvel Mall is 2 kilometers away, Tunjungan is 3-4 kilometers away. Laundry services are also available. Thank you to Hotel Mutiara Timor. Very satisfying. It's very convenient for business trips or staycations. All the staff are friendly, and the location is strategically close to the city center. The rooms are clean and tidy, the toilets are also clean, and there's a city view. ✨️

Whenever my family comes to Surabaya and I'm looking for a good budget accommodation, I always recommend this place. The rooms are super spacious, and it's close to everything. It's just a short walk to Surabaya Zoo.

Stayed in two room types within the week, both served their purpose very well. Walking distance to restaurants, mini markets. First traveled alone, the standard room was enough: compact & efficient for one person. Then my mother joined me & we moved to the executive room which is more comfortable for two persons. Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful, food & drinks from Warung Pati in the lobby were satisfying & reasonably priced. I wanted a mochaccino & they made it for me despite it not being on the menu. Very family friendly, my 73 y.o mother di not have any difficulty navigating through check in, ordering food, etc with staff always ready to assist.

Had an amazing stay at Vasa over the last weekend. Great facilities. Quite impressed with how clean and spacious the room was and how attentive the staffs are! Close to cafes/food places/malls. Highly recommend staying here!

Very satisfied even though it was only 2 nights, I felt comfortable staying, the room was clean, all the facilities were functioning, and there was a large parking area.

The staff were friendly, informative and offered to see the room first, the TV was ok, the water was smooth, there was wifi too. So far it's comfortable and close to everywhere. Cars are parked in the area outside the lobby but it is safe. Good for transit and child friendly too. Thanks, sis.
