Very nice, everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly. It was a great choice for a hotel in Jember, close to where I was going, just a 10-minute drive away. The city view was stunning.

Friendly service from Afita. The rooms are also nice and comfortable. There's a convenient playground for families and children.

The atmosphere is quite pleasant and the swimming pool is nice, making the children happy so they feel at home swimming and want to stay longer at this hotel. The room is quite large so you can sleep well and the bathtub is big so it is nice to soak in, the hotel atmosphere is calm and cool, comfortable for resting.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the food is delicious and has a wide selection. They also offer free MBG for the night ☺️

My first stay at Cempaka in a long time, the last time was in 2018. It's much nicer now. Luxurious building, clean rooms, balcony with mountain views. Breakfast is still a la carte, but delicious, and very affordable.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and each room had a window, so it wasn't stuffy. All the electronics were working, including cable TV, a cold AC, a bathroom fan, and a water heater. The breakfast was delicious, enough to fill your stomach, especially the fried bananas, which were delicious, crispy, and sweet. It was simply amazing.

I've stayed here twice. The staff is friendly, and I stayed in a suite with complete amenities. The price is commensurate with the quality. My husband, my children, and I enjoyed our stay. I'll definitely be back. Continued success, Bintang Mulia.

I like the place, it's comfortable, clean, in the city center. I had the chance to hang out at the cafe with my SMADA alumni friends, the menu is delicious & pocket-friendly. All the staff are very friendly.
