From the moment I arrived, I knew my stay at this hotel was going to be something special. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming—the front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and even offered me a refreshing welcome drink after my long journey. It immediately made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another visitor.
The room was absolutely stunning—spotless, elegantly designed, and filled with thoughtful details that made it feel luxurious yet comfortable. The bed was incredibly soft, and I slept like a baby every night. I especially loved the view from my window; waking up to the city skyline (or ocean/mountain, depending on the vibe you want) was the perfect way to start the day. The housekeeping team deserves special mention—every time I returned to my room, it was perfectly cleaned and neatly arranged.

I was hesitant because I saw bad reviews, but thank God it was really satisfying😍
The security guard was really rude, I think he was the rudest security guard I've ever met, but the receptionist was really friendly (an old man) and they didn't ask for a deposit either.
I slept in room 107, the room was clean, tidy, and fragrant. There was a blanket, 2 pillows, and 2 towels (not neat because I took a photo after using them), the bathroom was clean. The water was also running. There was shampoo and soap in the toilet.
In addition, the TV was on, and the AC was also working well. It was a bit difficult to open the door, but when I asked for help, they responded quickly, although they didn't smile enough, maybe because they were tired.
Overall, I was really satisfied staying here last night😍

Starting from the security and reception team, they were very communicative. There was even a security guard whose name I forgot (I didn't see his badge). He was very attentive and helpful. He was very friendly and always greeted guests. Even my friend who came to visit was greeted with kindness. Overall, Hotel Fieris offers a pleasant vacation experience away from home.

I've stayed here several times and the service remains top-notch. The rooms are kept clean, with no odors. The air conditioning is also very cool. The amenities are complete, from amenities to a hairdryer. Breakfast is also extensive and delicious. The hotel team is very friendly in handling guest requests, especially Mr. Tohir. I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Whiz Hotel for a night, and I must say, I'm thoroughly enjoying my experience here. The ambiance is delightful, and the staff has been exceptionally accommodating, making my stay even more pleasant.

The stay was good, the room was clean, the refrigerator, AC, the shower was okay, the TV had a lot of options, you can watch Netflix too.. The water was flowing, clean towels were available, there was a balcony, the environment was okay for the view out of the room glass, it felt comfortable like at home, please keep it up!
