The room is so tiny and the bf was tasteless and lack of variation.

All staffs very kind, specially the security Mr. Dedi/Edi (we can't remember). We stay for one night for checked up at rsup persahabatan, it 's so close to hospital. It 's pleasant 😸.

-Comfort.- nice. And the crew miss Antika so nice good and humble. I must to come again to visit and stay maybe hehe thank you 101.

Air conditioner room was not cool even shift to other room at the same class and room was very smell, tidy, finally accepted CS suggestions to upgrade room class by cash. It is really not polite to push customer for comfortable room.

I suggest to app to start using the real condition inside of room to avoid customers will start leaving to use apps, the room air circulation really smelled and generally its totally unclean condition with bathroom without rooftop so the smell of bathroom has spread it on bed room. Traveloka need to start exposes the real conditions of room otherwise the customers will disappointed and soon they will start leaving to using Traveloka apps. I book for 4 days and I am not even stay for 1 night, I make early check out without stay inside the room without refund.

The owner is a bad people. Because when I call him for late check in he hang up the phone

I was stay for 2 nights with different room on each night so I can reviewed for those type of room has been well maintained and standard hotel cleanliness.
