I was particularly impressed when I was asked if I had any suggestions upon check-out, and I immediately suggested that guests be disciplined when smoking by the pool, as it's a public facility and there are many children there. A quick tip: don't forget to ask the front desk for free parking, as the parking is quite expensive.

This is our second time staying here, the checkout process was very fast, the staff were all friendly, and parking was free. For motorcyclists like us, the parking area is very friendly because it is covered so the vehicle doesn't get hot or wet. The breakfast is very varied, and the food is always delicious. Every time I go to Balikpapan, I always stay at this hotel. What I like is that the room is always clean and comfortable, although it's a bit cramped, but it's okay for me who often stays here alone.
