Friendly and helpful staff, got a free room upgrade. The place is comfortable, easy to access, spacious area, and the pool is loved by the kids. The coffee is also delicious. I was very satisfied with my staycation here. Hopefully, I'll stay here again next time.

The service was excellent, especially the foods provided. We can order barbeque or any meals, no need to worry if too lazy enough to prepare foods for family. The location was superb, walking distance to the waterfalls area, and one nice coffee shop called Bukit Panorama Coffee. It's my 2nd time and definitely will come back.

The menu is quite varied, ranging from traditional to Western. Roti Bakar Eddy's signature toast is also available, which is a plus! ​Service: The staff are friendly and responsive. They were very helpful from check-in to check-out.

My first staycation here. The road to the hotel was smooth, close to downtown Bogor, the place was comfortable, cool, shady, the hotel staff was friendly, the swimming pool was clean and cool. Very impressive.

I stayed with my extended family and brought my parents, who have difficulty walking. Luckily, Alam Ngariung has a room type that allows parking directly in front of the room, making it easy for my parents to reach the room. Likewise, the restaurant is accessible by private vehicle or the resort's shuttle service. This makes it incredibly convenient for those traveling with parents who have difficulty walking. Furthermore, the shuttle drivers are very friendly and willing to take us around.
