The room was ugly, not according to the picture, there was still trash on the floor, there were feathers on the mattress and in the toilet, the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed, there were lots of cockroaches, I asked to move rooms but it turned out to be the same room, as soon as I opened the door there were lots of cockroaches, so I checked out straight away, a waste of money.

Not recommended here, it's terrible! I booked one Junior Twin room and one Deluxe room for three people, staying for two nights. As soon as I entered the room, I immediately smelled of cigarettes, it was dirty, the walls were damaged, and even worse, there were lots of baby cockroaches. The bathroom was dirty, and the water smelled. The sheets, pillows, and towels were also dirty and smelly. There was no soap or shampoo at all. I asked to change rooms, but the receptionist didn't know which rooms were clean and instead told me to check them myself. I ended up going up and down the stairs to check the rooms. Some of the rooms were in the same condition. I ended up getting a similar room, except there were no cockroaches and the walls were a bit better. The rest of the room was the same: still dirty, the water smelled, the towels and sheets were unclean, and there was still no soap or shampoo. Breakfast is limited to six people in the cafeteria. The menu is only Indomie noodles and fried rice. If you exceed the quota, you can get a boxed meal from the reception. The hotel parking lot is dark, the elevator is dirty and smells of cigarettes, the hotel floor looks like it is rarely cleaned.

Please improve the service and cleanliness. To the hotel management, perhaps they could renovate and re-examine the layout and lighting in the hotel, because the hotel atmosphere is very scary. To the hotel staff, please be more friendly 😬. I stayed for 2 nights, booked, paid, and checked in. At night the atmosphere was very scary, I immediately decided to check out. When checking out that night, the receptionist was indifferent, did not ask why I checked out even though I had only checked in that afternoon. Maybe my advice is to be more considerate of guests who are intending to vacation in the Surabaya area. The hotel is not maintaining cleanliness.
