Prices do not match the application/advertisement. Narrow room. There is no soap for the narrow bathroom. Small water. All bathroom doors are broken.

The room ordered in the application does not match the one obtained when checking in. I ordered a room with a description of getting AC but the fact that the room provided only has fan facilities and an outside bathroom, if you want to get an AC room, you have to add 56 thousand. With this I feel cheated by the hotel. Room conditions are dirty, bed linen and pillowcases smell, dirty towels, dead wifi, tissue and mineral water are not provided and have to be bought. This is the worst and most treacherous hotel ever! In conclusion, I really don't recommend this hotel! This is the worst experience I've ever had while placing an order on the app.

Just book if you want to get hit by a price prank. Until the hotel was told to pay more. Called quality. What. Sleeping here all itchy bodies. Bathroom outside. There are still many lodgings that are more worth it at that price.

Hmm, the standard room is spacious at that price, but not clean, sheets + sarban + sargul + small OYO pillow smells never been washed, the bathroom has never been cleaned, the closet sits so dirty that it's yellow inside, the blanket is too thin, like sheets but used as blankets hikss. For okay, friendly service. Snacks available + prices in the room. Strategic for finding food, minimarkets can be reached on foot.

It feels like the price in the application is lied to and at check-in I am told to pay again. And plus a deposit. Then the room doesn & amp; # 39; t match the bad, really bad. Please delete it from the application. This is very detrimental.

Tolong pihay yang sangat harga disesuaikan sama hote. Sangat keseluruhan kemarin 86 ribu. Tidak hotelnya beda lagi 150 ribu harganya jangan begitu saya merasa tertipu.

1. the check-in process is long. 2. an additional fee of 50 thousand is charged. 3. rooms, sheets, blankets, towels and others are dirty and lots of cobwebs. 4. The mattress is broken and uncomfortable. 5. no drinking water. 6. cramped room.
