Rooms are not as expected, enough for a short break, rudimentary service, lots of mosquitoes, inadequate room facilities. Hopefully it will be an improvement to the quality of the hotel at the price given.

the room was dirty and stinky. you could smell cigarettes smoke everywhere. even they didn't change the bed linen and there're so many mites on the bed. the fan above the shower almost fall, so you could see the dark ceiling. It's creepy and made me insecure to take a shower. There were so many used towels in the cupboard. It's so disgusting. My experience was so damn terrible.

Although the employees are friendly and kind, but in terms of hotel facilities, it is less clean, less comfortable, and less satisfying. Really need to be improved again in terms of facilities other than that when we stayed there was an incident with a neighboring hotel that made even noise. Please need to be fixed in the future. thanks.

The location of the hotel is right in front of the regional office in Medan. For those who have a need to stay, you can stay here. The condition of the hotel is quite good, the rooms are clean enough, hot water is limited. Cleanliness needs to be improved because pillowcases don't seem to have been replaced by former guests.
