The hotel was great and comfortable. The large room can fit 5 people. It is secure because you need a hotel room card for elevator access. There is self-service food at the lobby (paid food) available late at night. The staff was friendly and really helpful.

hotel yang cukup nyaman untuk beristirahat, kamar nya bersih (termasuk juga kamar mandi nya semua berfungsi dengan baik juga) dan disertai dengan fasilitas nya yang memadai semua tidak lupa ditambah dengan kasur king koil yang membuat tidur jadi lebih pules 😊 staff semua ramah dan membantu, dan proses check in dan check out nya pun mudah dan cepat 👍 yang paling unggul dari hotel ini adalah lokasi nya yang dekat dengan berbagai warung dan resto makan lokal dan kedai2 kopi lokal terutama yang terletak di sekitaran pasar cihapit.. semoga panen hotel terus mempertahankan kualitas kenyamanan dan kebersihannya terus. satu saran dari saya, mungkin bisa ditambahkan info lokasi mushola hotel disekitaran area lobby dan lobby lift, dan ternyata mushola hotel bersih dan nyaman juga. terima kasih 🙏

I booked a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room, but when I asked to move to a different room, the non-smoking rooms were already full. I should have counted how many people had booked non-smoking and smoking rooms. I won't book this hotel again. The cigarette smell doesn't go away even after spraying it with air freshener. It makes it hard to breathe.

The best budget hotel in my opinion. Fast service, and the receptionist contacted us to ask what time the room would be cleaned. Then every time it was cleaned, all the amenities were given new ones (sometimes some hotels don't give coffee or tea anymore). The room was comfortable, the AC was cold, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the room was compact and very neat.

The location is very strategic in the city center, quiet, and easily accessible.
The hotel is clean. I would recommend replacing the hotel towels if they get old and washing them with softener and freshener to keep them soft and odor-free.
Breakfast on the rooftop offers a beautiful view, and the noodles are delicious.

This hotel's only advantage is its strategic location. The rooms are too small, especially the bathrooms. Decorative pillows with the "Panan Hotel" logo are better off without them, as they're dirty.

Got a room with cockroaches, a clogged sink, and a crusty shower. It's probably worth the price per night. Please improve the cleanliness. The hotel's strategic location is close to culinary spots and the Cihapit market. Thank you.
