As a repeat guest, I chose Hotel Neo Candi Simpang Lima Semarang again and was not disappointed. I stayed on July 21–22, 2026, in a Superior Premiere Room, which included breakfast for two. I originally came to Semarang for treatment at Dr. Kariadi General Hospital, but because the doctor was suddenly on leave, I ended up taking advantage of the time for a staycation at the hotel. The service was very friendly and professional from check-in. I also received a surprise welcome pizza from the hotel, which was an added bonus and made my stay even more memorable. The room was clean and comfortable, with a soft bed, very cool air conditioning, fast and stable Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV. The view from the room was also very beautiful, even with a mountain view, which made the atmosphere even more relaxing. Breakfast was quite delicious with a variety of menu options. The hotel's location is also very strategic, close to Dr. Kariadi General Hospital, various tourist attractions in Semarang, the Superindo Supermarket (which is integrated with the hotel), and many cafes and restaurants nearby. Although it's still more convenient to get to these places by car, access is very easy. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. This hotel offers excellent service, complete facilities, comfortable rooms, and a strategic location. It's highly recommended for business, medical treatment, or a staycation with family or friends. The hotel staff is friendly and very responsive. The food is delicious and has a wide variety, so you can try many dishes. The location is strategic, although not in the city center, but it's close to everything, including a swimming pool. However, the motorbike parking is still unprotected, so it gets wet when it rains, and hot when it's hot. The spacious and clean rooms are very comfortable to stay in, and there's also a cafe.

We've stayed here three times and have always been satisfied. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and quite spacious. The bathroom is okay, with hot water. There's a prayer room in the basement. My wife forgot her prayer robe, but she could borrow it and take it to her room. What we love most is the breakfast: it's very varied and delicious. Refills are quick, there's a coffee machine, and the dining area is spacious so you don't have to wait in line. If you want to buy your own food, there's also a cafe selling snacks and medicines in the lobby. The lobby is very spacious.

Absolutely love El Hotel. Highly recommend! It was a great decision to take the deluxe room, and we stayed for 2 nights. 1. We arrived earlier than check-in time and were served a welcome drink, which is usually self-service at 5-star hotels. But at El Hotel, the drinks were delivered to where we were sitting waiting. 🥰 2. I went to the prayer room on the second floor, and it was a speechless experience because there was a special room with a closed door and frosted glass for women to perform ablutions (wudu), which is to protect their modesty. 🥰 3. All the staff, from the security guards and the receptionists, were responsive and helpful, the housekeeping staff who cleaned the rooms super clean, and the waitresses—all friendly and full of smiles. 🥰 4. There's a gym. 5. The location is very strategic. 6. Across the street from the hotel are numerous food stalls and snacks, both breakfast and dinner. 7. Although there's no swimming pool, there's a children's play area next to the restaurant, which made our kids very happy. Thank you, El Hotel. If we ever visit Purwokerto again, we'll definitely stay here again. Keep up the good work and stay a Good Hotel.

For under 300 rupiah, it was totally worth it. Yesterday, I deliberately chose the non-breakfast option because I was too lazy to wake up early, so I ordered a meal right before checking out. The price was amazingly cheap and the food was delicious. I have no regrets. Next time I pass through Solo, I'll definitely stay there again. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take photos of the hotel because I was completely asleep.

This is my umpteenth stay at MG Suite Semarang, my family's favorite hotel. My kids love it and are very happy staying here. The place is comfortable, the environment is pleasant, and it's close to restaurants. The staff is friendly, and it's clean. The best. I booked a three-night stay straight away.

The hotel staff is friendly, the facilities are complete and tidy. The air conditioning and water heater are excellent. Cleanliness is maintained, technology is modern, strategically located near the city center, the neighborhood is safe, and you can hear the call to prayer. Recommended. Stayed 2 nights for the end of year holiday was fantastic at Lorin Hotel, our family was very happy and enjoyed their rooms and facilities, clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms, a very beautiful hotel and very exciting pool and playground facilities for children ... Large and clean rooms, cold AC, very large android TV, with a wide selection of channels with cable TV network, fast Wi-Fi, breakfast was quite delicious. With extraordinary facilities and comfort, we will return to Lorin Hotel if we go to Solo again.
