I am celebrating my anniversary with my husband, and Gran Melia is the perfect place to have these special moments. From the moment I arrived, Ben escorted me to the red-level reception, and Ben was accommodating and attentive. He happily explained the perks of red level, and even after we parted ways, Ben sought out my husband, who arrived later from the parking lot and escorted him again upstairs. In the red-level lounge, I was greeted by Anas, who is one of the best hoteliers I have ever met. Anas is not only warm and welcoming, but her hospitality is also beyond what I have previously encountered. When I came back here, I wished Anas would be the one who helped me again! Donny also greeted and cared for me, who made such a good cup of coffee! Now the room, where should I start? They upgraded us for free to the deluxe suite; The room is gorgeous. The bathtub made my day as it 's enormous and very comfortable. They even gave me a small cake to celebrate my anniversary. On top of that, they gifted me vouchers to dine at Yoshi Izakaya (my and my husband 's favorite Japanese restaurant), so this time, I was pampered by Gran Melia. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and I am 100 % will be back to stay in the red-level rooms again. Thank you, Gran Melia Jakarta!

10 people stayed in the 3-bedroom unit: my mom, my brother, my sister & her husband & 3 children, my cousin, my husband, and me. We truly had a lovely time together. The rooms fit perfect for us. We cooked, we washed and dried our clothes, we watched movies, we swam, so many things we can do! The building management was kind enough to come to our room and give instructions on how to use the utilities at the unit. We stayed in other branches before, it's the same feel! We love it ❤️ Ascott never fails our big family staycation

The room is very spacious. We stayed at the twin room deluxe. Each bed was very big. I don't think it was single bed, because it was quite too big for a single bed. It was occupied by my 3 girls. Anyway, really enjoyed staying here. Hope to come back soon ❤️

Had been staying here 2 times. A very clean hotel, the room is spacious enough. I requested the high floor and 2 sided windows so I could enjoy the city lights at night and they provided as requested, which is really good. The facilities such as the swimming pool, gym area, are open but there's a limitation of the amount of people inside each facility due to COVID protocol. The food tastes not really good but don't worry, there's a small mall in the building which has lots of well-known tenants such as Ta Wan, Ichiban Sushi, Re. Juve, Bengawan Solo Coffee, etc., and beside the building you can also have Nasi Padang Merdeka for your dinner. Yum!

Very like the room space, so big. I asked to clean the bed for better sleep, and they did. From security, receptionist, restaurant people, all very friendly. One the most memorable one is one of restaurant service saw my husband get morning flu for so long and ask for so many tissues. He suddenly offered the ginger tea with honey and lemon. After that, my husband's flu was gone totally. Thank you very much

Upon checking into this hotel, I have sky-high expectation for both the service and the room. I have passed this hotel several times and really curious on how this well-known hotel doing on their services. I booked a night just to have a good time together with my partner and enjoying our weekend there. Upon arrival, We're greeted with a very warm welcome and they were already offer to brought our belongings, even when it's not really that much stuff. They gave us a very nice welcome drink and the receptionist, Ms. Jesslyn, treated is very well during check-in. Our requests were all fulfilled and really appreciate their attention on the small details. Then when we arrived at the room. We were stunned. It was a neatly oriental-decorated spacious room with tons of cool stuffs, one of the example was the speaker inside our bathroom. Which really gave us an awesome experience on watching movies while indulge in the bath tub. The bed was comfy and the pillows were outstanding. Definitely ranked among our top 5 hotel with the best bed ever! The hotel's facilities are considered complete for the 5-star hotel. It has a very spacious and proper gym court complete with saunas, massage and spa, and also the swimming pool, although the swimming pool is not really that big. They also noticeably fast on our in-room requests. I don't feel any delay as they send our request immediately and they happily gave what we wanted even when it was late in the night. The breakfast also exceptional! They have tons of choices in pastry (I love pastries) and the varieties of cuisines as well. The servers were also very helpful and fulfill all our requested stuffs, even when the restaurant is very packed. Overall, the hotel is really the best choice for whoever wanted to have an awesome experience on staycation in the oriental-themed hotel with nice services!
