Very disappointed! I checked in at the hotel Oyo 1811 image of orchids and when checking out my deposit was not returned due to damage to the shower water tap hose which was not my fault. What should I do. While the shower was broken before I entered and the employee also did not check the function of the equipment in the room before the handover. thank you

I need hot water for my baby but nothing is provided. The hotel does not have an electric kettle so you can't help but find hot water. Want to ask just a little to the receptionist but instead very fierce. It's okay if you don't want to give or have to pay but you don't have to be bad (a very unpleasant gesture), the girl's receptionist. The guard day and night until March 30, 2020. Not recommended receptionist. Years of staying at a new hotel this time was amazing with the receptionist. Please manage the employees well if the company wants to progress. Thanks.

Very good price for the facility. Location not center of city, is good if you plan to go outside medan city. Wifi is good. Quite easy to find store. I think it is a new hotel, maybe just open 1 or 2 month ago.
