I had a truly memorable stay at the Swiss Bell Hotel Pantai Losari. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is strategically located, super close to the city center and shopping centers, and even close to the airport. The food was delicious, especially the woku fish, which was top-notch. If asked if I would stay here again, my answer would be a resounding YES. So, for anyone planning a vacation to Makassar, I highly recommend staying at the Swiss Bell Hotel Pantai Losari.

The cleanliness is still lacking, there were stains on the blanket and bedsheets when I first checked in. And it's also worth noting that this hotel doesn't provide frozen food storage. Other than that, there were no problems.

Very good view of the sea make us comfortable to stay at the room. We can see beautiful scenery in the morning and afternoon. After that we can enjoy sunset in the evening. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. However it was a little bit dusty on the carpet that can make sneezing, hopefully it will be better next time.

The facilities and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are good. Swissbel has its own standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are already professional in the hospitality industry. However, the food variety is lacking and the taste is also lacking. The teriyaki chicken tastes like soy sauce chicken, and the chicken soto is like water soto. The green bean porridge, sticky rice, and kolak are delicious. I'm picky about food, but the one with the most complete and varied Sulawesi food is Best Western😁
