A very comfortable hotel, but there is open ventilation which makes the outside noise noisy, and please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the balcony area.

The staff is very friendly, they are also friendly to children. Check in/out is fast and easy, less than 10 minutes. Got a welcome ice cream. The kids-friendly room because there are rooms with 2 king-size beds and a single bed and the price is affordable. There is also a balcony to see the outside view while having tea (but for children, you have to be careful because some of the fences are rusty). The package of attractions and children's activities + breakfast buffet is only available on Sunday mornings. So it would be a shame if you stay not on Sunday. So we didn't try the food because other than Sundays, the food is only delivered to the room.

The rooms are spacious and clean, perfect for families. The staff is friendly and very helpful, but I was disappointed to see that the children's play facilities seemed poorly maintained.

The check-in process is easy even though you have to fill it in yourself (it can be quite slow if there is signal interference)

The room is clean. The toilet is clean. Bathroom amenities such as soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, and a shower cup are available. Special requests are also fulfilled well. It's really great.

Overall, it was good, but there were a few things we didn't like. The guests before us were given welcome ice cream, but we weren't. We weren't told that the breakfast included with Kampoeng Kidz was valid only on Sundays, even though we clearly asked on Friday. This made our child cranky.

The outbound facilities offered are actually non-existent, especially the flying fox, which is a complete dud. The interesting thing about this hotel is that it only has a flying fox, but after checking in, it was a dud.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. I was intrigued by the reviews. We stayed in room 409, but upon arrival, there were several things that excited me and disappointed me. Pros: - Beautiful view, cool, fresh air - Spacious room - Room cleanliness was decent - Clean towels and sheets - Fun educational and adventure activities for kids (you have to pay for breakfast to get the adventure) - Free shuttle bus to the playground, swimming pool, and restaurant - Ample parking - Friendly service - Hotel location is close to the city center and the crowds Cons: - The bathroom smelled really bad when I first entered, especially the drain. The bathroom smelled like a sewer. The toilet was clean but the smell persisted throughout my stay, so when I opened the bathroom door, the smell spread throughout the room. - The balcony railing was rotten, rusty, and poorly maintained. It was very dangerous, as I had two children with me, and we sat there yesterday. The balcony, but the railing is gaping. - The room isn't soundproof. - For a 3-star hotel, there's no refrigerator in the room. - The Wi-Fi signal is slow. - The hotel's interior design is boring, with lots of unattractive writing and pictures, making it feel like you're staying at a cheap inn, even though the lobby is the first impression of guests. - The breakfast menu is basic, with very little variety, and the food is just average. - The area around the hotel is poorly maintained, with lots of weeds, dirt, and dust. There's an abandoned building next to the room, making it scary at night, and you can't sleep well. - The adventure area is also poorly maintained. Yesterday, during our pirate activity, a female guest fell in because the wood she was stepping on broke. Luckily, she got stuck. If she hadn't gotten stuck, she might have fallen from a great height. - The adventure area is poorly maintained, with lots of weeds, dirty, like a forest, and many abandoned educational buildings, which is scary. - The swimming pool is small and Dirty, lots of trash - The shower room is scary, and it's poorly maintained and dirty. But overall, it's pretty good for the price. Hopefully, management can improve service by maintaining quality, safety, and guest comfort.

The hotel staff is friendly, it's suitable to stay here with family, just stayed last week, thank God the kids & wife liked it, the suggestion is maybe the swimming pool should be ready early in the morning because when my kids were ready to swim it turned out the swimming pool wasn't ready yet.

A pleasant hotel suitable for a family vacation, just please note that the entrance road to the hotel is still rocky, it should be paved or at least paved.
