Early check-in and late check-out are charged IDR 50,000 per hour.

Late check-out requests can only be accommodated if the room is available.

If any facilities are not functioning, guests are asked to report it, and Urbanest Inn will make repairs without any obligation to provide compensation. Facilities can be interrupted at any time for renovation, maintenance or construction.

I've only ever ordered a room with breakfast, asked for breakfast to be served earlier but they were very stiff, couldn't do it, couldn't bargain... in the end I didn't get breakfast, other hotels do it even though it's just bread and boiled eggs, the bathroom has lots of brown moss (pool view room), hard mattress

The place is very homey. However, the room size is very small, not according to what was ordered. I didn't complain because I checked in at 11 pm with my child. So I was too lazy to complain. The bathroom also smells (damp). Lots of mosquitoes 🙏🏼
