We spent two nights here for a staycation, it was a very good time we had here. The location is not too far from the main road. The place is clean, the bed were comfortable, hot water also running well, and they serve tasty breakfast too. Great place to stay.

TERMS and CONDITIONS 1. Guests are required to pay a deposit of IDR 100,000 upon check-in. 2. Reception is available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and check-in outside these hours will be assisted by security personnel. 3. Check-in starts at 2:00 PM WIB. 4. Check-out is no later than 12:00 PM WIB. 5. Pets are not allowed on all property grounds. 6. Smoking in rooms is prohibited, and violations are subject to a fine of IDR 200,000. 7. Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult as the pool is 1.5 meters deep and there are no lifeguards. 8. Damage to property such as curtains, sheets, blankets, or glass will be subject to a fine based on the value of the damage. 9. The maximum number of guests per room is two, and additional guests will be charged IDR 50,000 per person per night without an extra bed. 10. Early check-in and late check-out are charged IDR 50,000 per hour. 11. Late check-out requests can only be accommodated if the room is available. 12. Additional bed covers are charged IDR 50,000 per sheet per night. 13. Additional breakfast is charged IDR 30,000 per person. 14. If any facilities are not functioning, guests are asked to report it, and Urbanest Inn will make repairs without any obligation to provide compensation. Facilities can be interrupted at any time for renovation, maintenance or construction. By making a room reservation, guests are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and there was a microwave, stove, and refrigerator in the pantry near the pool, so you could cook your own meals. There were three gyms on the rooftop on the third floor. However, breakfast started late at 7.

I've only ever ordered a room with breakfast, asked for breakfast to be served earlier but they were very stiff, couldn't do it, couldn't bargain... in the end I didn't get breakfast, other hotels do it even though it's just bread and boiled eggs, the bathroom has lots of brown moss (pool view room), hard mattress

The place is very homey. However, the room size is very small, not according to what was ordered. I didn't complain because I checked in at 11 pm with my child. So I was too lazy to complain. The bathroom also smells (damp). Lots of mosquitoes 🙏🏼

Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable location, not noisy, and delicious breakfast. Parking is also spacious. Check in is fast and not difficult, so is check out.

The hotel staff is friendly, and fast response, only the TV has no broadcast, breakfast please have many choices so that it matches the room rate and is not subject to additional costs. Everything is top, next time I will come again to invite relatives & friends🙏
