The hotel was great, there's a connection bridge to the main building of Yokohama Station (via Newoman Mall). The room is always clean, big room, comfy. The bakery also had many variants of pastries, sandwiches, and also pasta. It's a great experience to stay here and will be back.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Gira Hanaougi. We loved our room at the private onsen. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. Shuttle bus to Gora station was great. Location was excellent as well. An experience we will never forget.
