Such a nice hotel and I'm glad I stayed here. Close distance to Shin-Osaka Station, got a konbini nearby, and spacious bedroom. Can ride Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka St. and just a few local train stops to Dotonbori.

I really enjoyed Candeo Hotel. The location is very close to Kishibe Station JR lines which was very helpful for me at that time. The cleanliness was excellent. Service and facilities were very good too!

This is actually a hidden gem, tucked away from the busy city of Osaka. The drug store is just across, Daiso is 1 min away, Lawson also across, and the staff was super helpful.

Location is great, near to station and easy to find food

Not far from the station, the staffs are very good, the accommodation is good, clean, can sleep 2 people, not cramped, not expensive, worth it, highly recommended.

The hotel staff is friendly and clear in explaining. The bedroom and bathroom are very clean. Amenities are very complete, can get pajamas, even shoe cleaners. Strategic location close to Shin Osaka station and also close to Family Mart and Sevel. Overall it is very okay to stay here and highly recommended.

A very convenient hotel, convenient to the Shinkansen station without any hassle. We were very pleased with the service, including a large room with a view of Osaka. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

Everything was excellent. So close to Shin Osaka station, the breakfast was really good… loving my last stay in Comfort Hotel Shin Osaka.

Clean but small. Very close to Dr. Shinosaka station. Super easy if you want to go out of town on the JR Pass. Get good breads for breakfast! :)

Although the room is small, this hotel makes it up by providing great services, facilities, and amenities like public baths, laundry, common area, and rental devices. The area is quiet, not many tourists around, but it's perfectly situated near to JR, subway, and train stations.

My family was able to check in a little early, which was great. The hotel is close to the station, the price is not high, and it's the best. I'd like to stay here again when I go to Japan. This is my second time staying at this hotel.
